The Eastern Astrology Language Reading is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The notes below summarize the published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

The 60-day guarantee

Two sources give the same number:

• the ClickBank checkout says: “ClickBank will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days from the date of purchase.”;
• the seller’s Terms say refunds are issued within 60 days of the original purchase if the product falls below your expectations.

ClickBank, as the retailer, processes refunds under its own 60-day policy. Rely on these two, and keep your receipt.

Asking for your money back

• Find your ClickBank receipt email; it contains your order number.
• Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 (or clkbank.com) with that order number and the email you used. You can also write to the seller at [email protected].
• Ask well inside the 60 days and keep a note of the date you bought.

The charge appears on your card statement as CLKBANK, which helps if you need to identify the order.

If your reading has not arrived

The seller says VIP readings arrive by email within 12 hours and Essential readings within 48 to 72 hours. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact ClickBank order support with your order number, or the seller at [email protected].
